We just recently finally got a new SLP and she is just amazed at the level of support too. They are fun and even speak my language of the GIF. I also get messages from them asking about how I’m doing with a particular task in the training. This is useful for users that do need some.

Gateway for Proloquo2Go comes with a comprehensive set of manuals to support. You do need an internet connection and an email account set up on the device for this to work. Type a brief description of your issue, then hit Send. Scroll to the bottom and tap Email Support. When you first open Help you will see Help Overview. The support is amazing! They respond within minutes even to small things like reviewing the chapters. Proloquo2go has a tool called Crescendo in which core vocabulary can be pulled through onto pages that you specify. It has user vocabularies for children and adults with autism, apraxia. You can also email our Support team from inside Proloquo2Go. It took me a couple weeks to look at it because we had already had the other app. Tap Backup tab in Proloquo Settings and Backup the user you wish to move to another iPad. Since we had Proloquo2go and they were obviously not the same I almost signed off but then she mentioned the coaching app….I am suddenly all in. We have been trying to find a good AAC device for a couple years. We have only had the app a couple of days but I can already tell this is going to be a game changer.
